Whare Whakaute is a Māori and Pasifika-led charitable trust supporting whānau, wāhine, and communities facing barriers to access legal support with dignity and understanding.

We offer free or koha-based legal clinics, culturally safe advocacy, and mentoring programmes that reflect the communities we serve.

Walk-in, koha-based legal advice for those navigating the justice system. 

Every Tuesday at Taro Patch Creative 9a Dunnotar Road, Papatoetoe 10.30am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm.

Supporting whānau to navigate the court process and justice system with guidance, advocacy, and clarity.

Whānau Support

Supporting whānau with legal documents, estate planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and trusts, while building confidence, capability, and connection to culture.

Mentoring and cultural support

Supporting rangatahi and whānau through mentoring - building confidence and capability while strengthening cultural connection and identity.
